1. Who is responsible
The controller for information handled by Lorencia is the operator identified in your order or license correspondence.
This Notice covers the Lorencia Windows application, Bastion, Sentinel, connected features, Web Dashboard, mobile notifications, and this product site. It does not control the game, its servers, or optional third-party features.
2. Data kept on your devices
Most account and application configuration stays on the PC that runs Lorencia.
Game passwords are protected by Windows Credential Manager. Lorencia uses them only to perform the login you request.
Preview images are used only to show your game windows in Lorencia or the paired dashboard.
3. Information used by Lorencia
Lorencia uses only the information needed to activate and manage your license and plan, connect your PCs and dashboard, show account status, deliver requested commands and notifications, keep the product secure, and provide support.
Customer account sign-in is handled by a trusted identity provider. It processes your account identifier, email address, email-verification status, and login/session security data. Lorencia uses this information to authenticate you and link the account to your license and subscription.
Bastion automatically sends privacy-safe operational and crash reports. Each Sentinel starts with Debug mode off, which does not initialize diagnostic logging or Sentry. Enabling Debug for a Sentinel restarts it and enables local technical diagnostics; only an uncaught Sentinel process or worker-thread crash is sent to Sentry. A Sentinel may keep one small local crash marker while Debug is off, but does not upload it. Routine handled failures are not sent. These reports contain no passwords, files, screenshots, Preview images, account or character names, hardware identifiers, or full local paths.
Payment details are handled by the selected payment service. Lorencia receives the billing, purchase, subscription, refund, and account information needed to activate and manage your plan.
The product site remembers your chosen language. It does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics.
When you send the support form, Lorencia processes the category, reply email, title, message, language, Support ID or purchase reference when provided, and any attachments you choose. To prevent duplicate delivery, it also stores a random request identifier generated by your browser. The private Admin ticket list keeps limited metadata needed to manage the request and link it to the relevant installation or purchase. It does not show your reply email, full message, filenames, or attachment contents.
4. Why and how we use data
We use information to provide the features and purchases you request, protect Lorencia and its users, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain necessary records, and improve reliability.
These uses are based on providing the requested service, Lorencia's legitimate security and operational interests, necessary record-keeping requirements, or your consent when an optional feature asks for it.
You can disable optional notifications and revoke browser permission at any time.
We do not sell personal data and do not use game credentials, previews, or account status for advertising.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the feature, security, support, accounting, or disputes. Connection, notification, and diagnostic records expire or are removed when no longer needed. Billing records may be retained for the required period.
Failed support-ticket metadata is normally removed after 30 days. Ordinary closed ticket metadata and the related Gmail conversation are normally removed 12 months after closure, unless a billing, privacy, security, accounting, or dispute requirement needs a different period. Open requests remain until they are resolved.
Protections include Windows protected storage, encrypted connections, temporary pairing links, license protection, and security updates. No system is risk-free, so keep your devices and Lorencia updated.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to confirm processing, access or correct your data, receive information about sharing, object or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request portability, or request deletion. Some records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or an active contractual dispute.
You can remove accounts from Lorencia, turn Bastion additional diagnostics or each Sentinel's Debug mode off in Settings, revoke notification permission, remove a Sentinel, deactivate a license from a device, and stop using optional notification or dashboard features. Bastion's narrow automatic reporting remains active; Sentinel Sentry reporting is disabled while its Debug mode is off. These actions may not delete service or legal records that have a separate valid retention reason.
8. Requests, complaints, and changes
Use the Support route and choose “Privacy”. We may need to verify that you control the relevant license or installation before disclosing or changing information.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority available to you. We will update this Notice when data practices or legal requirements materially change and will provide additional notice where required.
